I would just like to thank all the staff who had a hand in making my engagement weekend a lovely surprise and a weekend to remember.
On Friday 15 May, my (now) fiancee Gary McLean took me to Mandersons. He had booked us into the Shoebox Suite.
Salome in particular and the waitrons and  chefs on Friday were absolutely lovely, and kept their lips sealed about the proposal that Gary had planned for after dinner. Thanks also for the attention to detail - the flowers, chocolate and poem placed in our room while we were dining was much appreciated.
I would highly recommend the Manderson's to anyone wanting a quiet break away. I must also commend you all on an incredibly well maintained hotel - from the gardens to the rooms.
